3 Mile Fun Run December 23, 2006

Scott Lamorte once again won the SIAC
sponsored Fun Run taking it easy in 18:13. Not far behind, Luis
Oyola was second in 18:33 and Mark Vogt was third in 18:47.
St. John Villa's Jackie Soto waon the women's
race in 19:26 with teammates Mallory Baio second in 19:52 and Erin Frawley
third in 20:33.
The Christmas spirit was in the air despite
the balmy 58 degree temperature and Ebenezer Scrooge running the
course shirtless. All participants wore Santa hats and enjoyed
refreshments and good cheer after the race.
