3 Mile Fun Run

Vito Cannavo and Amanda Thur were the winners in the weekly SIAC Run for Fun at Clove Lakes Park.  This edition of the race served as the second of three Steve Lauria Memorial races, with the final set for August 26.
 
Cannavo covered the three mile course in 16:56, defeating Anthony Pitarresi (17:30) and Luis Oyola (17:42).  Brian Zeglin and Issac Rivera shared fourth and fifth in 17:53.
 
Thur won the women's race in 23:17, while Arielle Rifkin, Nicole DeJulio and Lisa LaManna shared second through fourth in 23:24.  Debra Mahr was fifth in 24:15.
