Mitchell Proffitt and Nicole Improta recorded victories at the weekly SIAC Run for Fun at Clove Lakes Park. Proffitt coverd the three mile course in 17:10, with Frank Connelly second in 18:51 and Tom Hogan third in 19:22. Gene Galasso (19:59) and Steve Woitkowski (20:15) rounded out the top five overall.
Improta won the women's race in 20:42, with Gail Marino second in 21:32. Allison Malangone (21:56), Allison Payne (23:35) and Maggie McCauley (23:59) were third through fifth for the women.
