On a brisk November morning the Staten Island Athletic Club held its weekly Fun Run in Clove Lakes Park. A large contingent of St. Peter's runners joined the usual suspects on this tune-up Saturday before the New York City Marathon. Best wishes to all runners competing tomorrow.

Today's men's race was led by the steady Scott LaMorte in 16:28 followed by 16 year old Jonathan Gedeon in 17:53 and A-Born Etchison in 19:43. The women's field featured Lynn Mueller in 19:53, Gail Marino in 20:46 and Ellen Brennan Hearn in 23:42.
