Scott LaMorte and Gail Marino recorded victories in the weekly SIAC Run for Fun at rainy Clove Lakes Park. This week's race served as the second race of four in the annual Steve Lauria Memorial series. LaMorte covered the three mile course in 16:30, outlasting Mike Cassidy and John Cassidy, who each finished in 16:31. Vin Stasi (17:41), Billy Marshall (17:52) and Steve Woitkowski (17:54) rounded out the top five overall.

Marino easily won the women's race in 20:34, with Alma Ramos second in 21:30. Mary Molski (22:04), Inez Montalvo (23:34) and Natasha Rodney (23:38) were third through fifth for the women.
