hey everyone,
this is my 2nd 5 k run since oct 3rd 2010.
my 1st run i finished in 37 min 21 sec . and my 2nd run was 33 min 42 secs i was please to see that i made progress .
i never thought id enjoy running, but its been very invigorating. my question is everytime i complete a 5 k run , i begin to cough for a good few hrs after and my throat seems sore . what causes this? im a non smoker, and pretty healthy and fit less a few pounds here and there lol
