Alma, you did refer to younger runners as those not in the US masters & Senior Runner category leading one to believe anyone under 40. Reading your post, one would also believe that you think people in their 20's only socialize, sit on the computer and drink. In the case of Flash and many others in his age group, this is simply not true.
