Race t shirts are hard to get rid of. Each one represents a memory and a time of your life. A clear plastic garbage bag in the attic is the lowest level of organization. When injured, under the influence of beer and salty snacks, you may feel empowered to deal with these memories. My attempt to deal with my stock of shirts met with mixed results. My 14 year old daughter picked out a few keepers (1982 Stapleton Steeplechase, 1980 Marine Corps. Marathon, and 1983 Midnight Run), but the rest went into the clear plastic bag and the attic.
