2. What about snack foods. Technically they probably aren't foods at all but it's all a marketing ploy. Anyway, everyone knows that running lowers cholesterol and blodd pressure. Well in to lower something you have to crank it up there in the first place. Frankly, there is no better way than with "snack foods". Chips, dips, beef sticks ae chock of chemicals. Not only will you gain weight but you're labs will show quickly that you can become a mess. A good goal to be when injured. There is nothing quite like self pity when accompanied with salt and chemicals in an attractive bag to sit side by side with beer. (already mentioned)If one is injured and plays his/her cards right you can be a heart attack waiting to happen in no time. Read the labels. One good "family size" bag will have enough total calories for 3 days of healthful foods. The best part is if you do follow this technique you will notice the moodswings too. look for the 2 for 1 sales at your local grocer! Eat Happy! More to come.
