OK, guys, winter is upon us, marathon season is over and road racing has quieted down ---that leaves us with indoor track! I am planning on racing at the Armory and maybe even in the Colgate Games, and would love some company. Let me know if you'd like to compete --there are lots of masters races. Remember, the faster you can run a 1500, the faster your 5K will be. I can't promise no one will pull a hamstring, but think of all the great (if humorous)pictures we'll get.
The first race for the Colgate Games (women only) is December 30th, at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.
