The beat goes on. Measuring a race should
not be "rocket science" and I would THINK that
this year they would have been especially careful with attention to detail. I totally agree, btw,
that having mis-placed spilts (even on a
course whose entire distance is correct) can
throw one off, in terms of judging your pace.
