Well, that's annoying that the e-mail address is not working. I see that you called Events Management Group--the woman you spoke to is probably Vic's wife or one of his daughters (they're all involved in the business).
As far as the USATF certification, they're notoriously slow in their updates--the course may well get certified and you won't see that on the website for months. But let's see how it goes 10/17.
