I am sure that having now been infomed of this, Rich Re will make the necessary corrections here. I also think you should forward this to Fred Torres at eliteracing.com--that company is the official scorer of the Pepper Martin Run--so that he can make the necessary correction as well.
If you have followed the history of running on SI since the advent fo this website--and indeed, before--you do not have to be told that for the Pepper Martin Run, even admitting there is a mistake and correcting it represents a major change from policy and practices even a few years ago. (It's just sad that it took more than a decade of agitation--and some phone calls and letters to some high ranking politicians in SI and in Albany, as the Pepper Martin Club = Brighton Kiwanis = North Shore Democrats--to get this to happen.) I only hope they continue to at least be receptive when problems crop up..
