i hit a 40 second pr at st paddys day 5k i am in peak shape and have been woking hard but was not epecting that big of a pr my 1846 was on a hilly coogans course and saturdays 1805 wa mainly flat so i am asking the siac members ho did they measure the course and are they sure it is accurate
