It's supposed to have been--but never assume.
Every time a course is changed, even slightly, it's supposed to be re-measured/re-certififed. A few years ago, the NYC marathon course was changed as to the point of entry into Central Park--it is now 90th Street. There was some slight compensation done down at the South end of the Park to offset this--hope they were competent enough to get it exact.
