Hi all,
Im new to the site. Seems like there are some races in SI. But are they any of you that get together for practice runs either in the evenings or weekends? I live in Mariners Harbor and there's really nowhere safe for me to run in the evenings alone.
I am back at running after a 2 years break. Im still working at a 11min/mile for 2 miles. But I'm sick of running on the treadmill. Its so dull looking out the window of Ballys every night.
Help!
