We started out today at 11 a.m. because we had to do laundry. Found a
laundromat, thank God.

The sky was a soft overcast, with the threat of rain in the air. The humidity
was high but the temperature was 73 degrees at 11 a.m. with 96% humidity.
The rolling hills reminded me of pictures in Runners' World magazine.
Lou hugged the white line, because there wasn't much of a shoulder.

We were all amazed when a car pulled up to the truck and asked if we were
from Staten Island. The couple said that they recognized the man running up the
hill from Clove Lakes Park. It turns out that John and Joann Stranberg are from
Staten Island and remembered us from their daily walks at Clove Lakes Park.
They now reside in Virginia, since John has retired from the Fire Dept.
It was really nice to run into familiar faces.

Lou ran 34.1 miles today. I am truly impressed, he has ran more than a
marathon a day for 9 days. It was a quiet Sunday morning. We are presently in
Fredricksburg, Virginia, approximately 40 miles out of Richmond. Until
tomorrow.

Love Lou & Agnes
